Contracts , Project Management and Project Control Manager ,Processing plant operations ,QA/QC Management, Gas Plants, Pipelines Systems, Civil works, Construction & Installation ,Checks ,Inspections, Mechanical completion, As Built ,Handovers ,Procedures preparation, Final Dossiers ,Training of Operators , Pre-commissioning ,Commissioning , Start-up,Estimates, Maintenances, Modification, shutdown , Revamping of Plants, Preservation and/or Conservation ,Production Coordination in Oil and Gas Industry,Steam Generating Stations,Technical and Procurement activities. I have done more than 39 years of experiences(with Engineering Companies abroad and in Italy)in Oil REFINERIES,Gas plants,Petro-chemical Complex,Pipelines systems and Off-shore activities. I am able to work independently and with groups to give a deep and helpful contribute taking part in projects and in managing budget to guarantee a complete range of Technical services and Management Controls at various geographical location. I am familiar with process improvement consulting with a wide experience in leadership and technical innovations;develop Contract Coordination and relationship management;Bid evaluation experiences. I Managed Business development of purchasing, selling , procurement and contractual activities in connection to all technical engineering projects. Deep knowledge and experience of Refineries;feasibility studies, engineering and design, process verification & data modification. Technical preparation or review of commissioning procedures for a major production facilities and handover of new plants.Fully conversant with relevant INTERNATIONAL STANDARS (ANSI,ASME, ASTM,API, BS ,etc.)for Heaters,Equipment,Machineries,pipe & piping material of different kinds in conformity with the most sophisticated specification of the GAS & OIL plants.I have good hope that I shall be accepted in equal opportunities Employer.
