I am a ten year plus experienced executive assistant with fluent English and Spanish, plus German and Italian.

I worked abroad in the UK and Bruxelles. I have a degree in languages and high school diploma in accounts.

My past responsibilities/Key Tasks:

* Act as the main support for managers concerning all secretarial and administrative activities, including travel arrangements, agenda management, office and communication support, etc.

* Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, taking messages and handling correspondence

* Handle requests and queries appropriately

* Arranging business itineraries

* Maintaining diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders

* Making travel arrangements

* Monitoring office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers

* Maintaining inventory and office supplies. Anticipate office needs; evaluate new office products; place and often expedite orders when necessary

* Create expense report

* Event organisation and planning

I speak English and Spanish fluently; my German is basic (A2 level).
